Informs Pontus Hulten, Director of the Moderna Museet in Stockholm, of his visit to Dali the previous day. If he is interested in L'Enigme de Guillaume Tell, Duchamp advises Hulten to write to Dali immediately, "at least to ask him for an option," because the picture is about to leave for Japan. "Personally I find this picture one of the most important of the good period," declares Duchamp and adds: "Good luck then."
