I like how Reenactment Season 2004 ended with (the) RePop (exhibition) at the Da Vinci Art Alliance, Artforum's "Pop After Pop", and the renewed fuming of Mount St. Helens.

I found the Pop After Pop Roundtable obtuse and more than slightly unnecessary. There is a growing need for all them to pop out of it!

That Jeff Koons painting 'deconstruction' piece is a prime example of so-called new technique that is otherwise dated for artists that have been using computers and graphics software for 20 years now.

In honor of the 189th anniversary of his arrival at St. Helena Island 15 October 1815, Napoleon himself is throwing a 39-day long reality TV party -- Survivor St. Helena. The tribes are already playing on the island. For sure, Napoleon's in one tribe, and it leaked that Victor Emmanuel is a tribemember as well, but otherwise it's all been very hush hush.
